It provides support for studies of the distribution and evolution of the settlement pattern, pantheons, languages and tribes, which all contribute to the definition of political and cultural entities, their origin and their evolution. It contains archaeological and epigraphic content that had never been made spatially accessible until now. Ready-to-use thematic maps are available to users for approaching generic themes relevant to Ancient Arabia.
